Course Description:

This program focuses on the troubling issue of Certificates of Insurance. Agents face the daily problems associated with confusing instructions from insurance companies and the legal community. This timely seminar will provide information for agents and customer service representatives to more clearly establish agency procedures for handling Certificates more effectively and accurately. As part of the material presented, additional insured’s and their integration into property and liability policies will be covered.

Course Description:

Agencies want ways to improve premium volumes and reduce exposure to errors and commissions claims. This course is a "hands-on" program designed to familiarize agency personnel with both personal lines and commercial lines coverage all too often overlooked. This course provides a case studies and sale techniques for presenting and selling additional coverage enhancements. Sample forms will be provided to participants in this valuable coverage program.

A processing cost of $8.00 per 4 CE Credit session will be charged.
A complementary lunch will be provided between sessions and anyone attending either session or both are invited to attend.

2008 WI CE Credit Course

Licensed insurance agents who are required to meet continuing education requirements must earn 24 credit hours every 2 years. Anyone with an expiration date of 2008 or after must complete 3 hours in the ethics of insurance during their compliance period. Refer to your license copy or on-line transcript for your specific requirements, as agents who had a converted compliance date of 2008 must complete 36 credits by that date.
