Course Description:

This continuing education program will present Ethics for insurance professionals in a unique format that will use the foundations of ethical behavior for both insurance agency personnel and insurance company representatives combined with 20-25 actual day-to-day ethical dilemmas faced by insurance practitioners in today’s complex insurance environment.

Participants will be encouraged to recognize that many ethical situations in today’s insurance market have multiple solutions with complex consequences for insurance companies, clients and agents. The class format will focus on exposing these many solutions and identifying the best possible ethical solutions. This is an interactive and lively discussion of many common challenges facing insurance professionals.

Course Description:

This Agency Operations course will provide real-world practical solutions for improved profitability, lower overhead costs, quicker policy issuance, and improved turn-around on quote submissions. Based on "Best Practices" principles, participants will be able to use information provided by this comprehensive course improve their agency's overall operations. Designed for both Independent Agencies and captives, this course helps identify some practical keys to a more efficient agency. 

 

A processing cost of $8.00 per 4 CE Credit session will be charged. A complementary lunch will be provided between sessions and anyone attending either session or both are invited to attend. Payment needs to be made by check and mailed along with the registration form. . Registration deadline is Friday,

2008 WI CE Credit Course

Licensed insurance agents who are required to meet continuing education requirements must earn 24 credit hours every 2 years. Anyone with an expiration date of 2008 or after must complete 3 hours in the ethics of insurance during their compliance period. Refer to your license copy or on-line transcript for your specific requirements, as agents who had a converted compliance date of 2008 must complete 36 credits by that date.
