What is a "Supplement"?

A supplemental bill to the original bill is used to adjust the repair costs up or down, based upon differences between the estimate and what was actually required to complete your repair properly.

If an insurance company is not paying for the repair, we will call you with the details of any additional costs that are necessary. Before we perform any of the work, you can ask questions, learn options, and approve the work to be done.

If an insurance company is paying for the repair, we will automatically handle the supplement with them. We will contact you to give you an overview of the additional work required; the additional cost, and a revised target delivery date if necessary.
